If there is any information you would like to see included on the reports, feel free to send us your suggestions.   Alsannad groupone of the companies in Syrian Arab Republic providing this service to the drilling rigs, leaning on its own lifting equipments, (either self-propelled cranes or truck mounted cranes with different capacities), whereas the said capacities are in between (30 tons up to80 tons) and forklifts (2.5 tons up to 8tons) equipped with all safety devices due to the oilfield HSE standards. AG has a fleet of modernist models of heavy vehicles including but not limited to, Truck trailers (built on 24- axels capacity of 30 tons with two axels trailers 12m long & 2.5m width) and Low boys (built on 46- axels, capacity up to 100 tons with three axels trailers 12m long & 3.3m width) which are equipped with all safety items and securing devices according the HSE standards.   As AG. executing rig move services according the oilfield standards, AG. intended to use professional crews for the rig moves, which are consisted of Personnel (safety advisors, truck pushers, lifting supervisors (specialized in the rig move), lifting equipment (cranes & forklifts) operators, in addition to drivers of trucks, trailers & low boys. Lifting equipment -cranes and forklifts with different capacities- Heavy vehicles (trailer trucks and low boys Such staff is experienced and holding valid driving licenses supported with attending of safety courses related to rig moving until they became specialized crews with a wide knowledge and experience for rig moves implementing the HSE regulations   Furthermore, A.G focused its thinking to brake the average time specified by the clients for the rig move; and applied that in professional manners, whereas this was one of the main targets we looked for. ).              TRANSPORTATION                                                                                                                                                                             A.G transportation section is handling the Rig moves services and the transportation of ; Materials, Chemicals, Drilling and Potable water, Diesel, crude oil, and Personnel. Whereas, they performed many rig moves without LTI. Transportation section has - A fleet of modern heavy , truck trailers and low boys with the following specifications: Truck trailers, built on 2-4 axels capacity of 30 tons with two axels trailers 12m long & 2.5m width and Low boys built on 46- axels, capacity up to 100 tons with three axels trailers 12m long & 3.3m width. - In addition to, Water tankers, Diesel tankers and Crude oil tankers (7 m3, 15 m3 and 35 m3) - Light vehicles, Vans (11 pass.) and Pick-ups (in between 1.5 tons and 3.5 tons) Which are equipped with all safety items and securing devices according the HSE, standards and they are fit for purposes. Above-mentioned vehicles are operated through out well-trained and experienced drivers who are holding valid driving licenses and defensive driving permits. Such drivers are supplied with full Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance to HSE regulations.                                                                                                                                                                                                                       CONSTRUCTION The main activity of the construction section is constructing of well site locations, camp site location and access roads In addition to building works (living quarters, offices, workshops, warehouses and yards) Earthworks (excavation, backfill and restoration And erection of metallic works (erection of full mud tank system, hangers, shelters, standard caravans, isolated metallic stores for food and materials, laying pipe lines with welding works inclusively and skid for drill pipes and materials)   Sand blasting and painting for (rigs, caravans, metallic facilities) Civil maintenance work for building, living quarters including but not limited to (painting, tiling, sanitary, electrical works, carpentry, and isolating works) Asphalting works (construction of roads, yards) in addition to asphalt maintenance and road marking)    A.G depends on . Well-trained and experienced staff to perform its projects in accordance to the oilfield standards, in which its staff consists of: --Civil engineers --Architect engineer -Mechanical engineers- --Electrical engineers --Topographical technicians -Technicians (electric, mechanic, civil and isolations) -Professional welders and fitters- --Professional sand blasters and painters --Skilled engineering equipment operators   . Equipment, machinery and tools supplied with all safety equipment, well maintained and free of defects                                   To perform the required works in a work-man-like manner, this part including but not limited to (bulldozers, front end loaders, graders, back hoes, roller compactors, roller vibrators, dump trucks, water tankers, scaffolding, welding sets, air compressors, side boom cranes, sand blasting set, laying asphalt machine, rubber rollers and road marking machine etc….) Moreover, construction section is implementing HSE regulations and procedures in accordance to the oilfield HSE standards, which are considered as an integral part of business.                                                                                                                        LIFTING OPERATION DIVISION Our group supplies this division with cranes , forklifts with different capacities and types either self-propelled cranes or truck mounted cranes, whereas the said capacities are between 30 tons up to 80 tons (cranes), and 2.5 tons up to 8 tons (forklifts).   Such lifting equipment are equipped with the proper fire extinguishers and first aid boxes, in addition to safe load indicators and load charts in accordance to the manufacturers manuals and recommendations. A.G  has its own self-service team and workshop to chase up and follow the maintenance and repairs of the lifting equipment, whereas this workshop contain the whole spare-parts related to, and the proper tools to make such maintenance and repairs accordingly.   In this part, A.G has its own trainer making the proper training courses for our lifting operators to meet the proper standard lifting operation procedures in accordance to the standard HSE regulations. All  A.G  lifting equipment operators are holding valid driving licenses type “H” via governmental authority. A.G site supervisor is ensuring that Safe working load (SWL) and radius charts are available at the worksite                 for all lifting equipment, machinery and tackle and SWL are marked on all such equipment - -Color code every six month - -All slings have a unique identification; a valid test certificate and the SWL are marked on each sling. Monthly inspection will be carried out and recorded in a logbook. All slings are stored clean, dry and free from grease and dirt and without links, on suitable racks. Fixed and running wire ropes are greased and inspected at one-month intervals and a registered maintained of this  All cranes are fitted with an audible warning device, which sounds when the crane reaches a preset overload limit-  -Cranes and side booms are positioned so that they lift vertically and are not used to pull loads sideways          MANPOWER                                                                     Human resources section has an excellent experience for supplying of manpower to either rigs or oil service companies.
